This class covers basic body positions, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, back bends, round offs, and much more. It is a great class to get familiar with the tumbling vocabulary. This class will build strength, flexibility of the body, and over all coordination. All tumbling classes will be very individual with each student. Students will learn the stretching and strengthening exercises needed to learn the basic skills of tumbling including: rolls, cartwheels, handsprings, jumps, etc. Acrobatics focuses on tumbling and floor gymnastics along with dance movements. Beginning with simple rolls and stretches, this class teaches cartwheels, bridges, and backbends, moving into walkovers, limbers and combinations. GO for the Olympic Gold!
